ОтветитьWell that looked hard work, but you got it sorted so well done Bill. Enjoying the end credits too!😀
ОтветитьAlways appreciated when you post a new video. Thank you.
ОтветитьWhen you said about the new body and under frame it reminded me of Triggers broom 😂😂 well done another one brought back from the abyss 👍This time next year Rodney
Ответить👍
ОтветитьOh no, whatever has Shug been up to...!
ОтветитьWow! Whatta Beast! 🤩 If that was me It woulda gone thru the Window😂 Enjoy your Dram 👍🏻
ОтветитьYour freight train was catching a tree there. Like the black Scotsman btw.
ОтветитьI think one of your near the end comments was quite near the mark (scrap box), and as for the rivet counters least said the better
ОтветитьA brilliant resurrection. Hornby do seem to have more than their fair share of problems with some of their suppliers. Unfortunately, they are not alone.
ОтветитьAnother good repair with your insight patience and skill
ОтветитьWhy was 502 depicted with smoke deflectors and double chimney?
Ответитьhi bill great same about editing the pick up out but i bet like me you where f.....g and jeffing i was and lost the plot the broke the wire f it gave up
ОтветитьWell done for getting it working again!
ОтветитьSo much for plug and play when it comes to trains. On the bright side, when you have problems like this you produce great content, and I enjoy it immensely. I don't want to say I enjoy your misery but, I enjoy your journey. Excellent repair, Jersey Bill
ОтветитьThey didnt nickname it Satans plug for no Reason Bill. 😂
As for just needing a new underframe and body. 🤣
I once found so many faults on a1:1 scale loco.
That I wrote in the logbook...
"Horn works fine, please lift horn and replace everything underneath".
Management werent sure wether to laugh or drag me in for a blister.
Nice work Bill 👍
ОтветитьWell done bill 👏 runs great 👍 keep up the good work 👏 👍
ОтветитьWhat an epic! Fantastic work yet again OOBill. I think there are very few who could, or would, have brought that magnificent engine back to life. Inspiring stuff.
ОтветитьI think one of your trees near the garage might be loose. The goods train kept brushing it
ОтветитьNice work
ОтветитьI am impressed, especially the way you explain briefly what you have done at the end. Thanks
Best regards

I was happy to watch your repair of this A3 as I had the same problem with a Hornby A3. I sympathise with your patience and the good result!
over the years I have followed your videos and learnt much from them, keep up the series.
