The visuals you have for the Digz2go home are actually photos from Dvele homes. I stopped watching this video after 2 mins due to the data not being correct.

I saw KB Homes build 1400 - 2000 square ft. homes behind my house in Houston Texas. They are tight just like in California or Arizona. They built them as if they were prefabricated and yes, that is exactly what they were. The difference is that the price started at $300,000 which is ridiculously high for Houston. Every one of the homes were sold before they even broke ground. Thee are a lot of renters and a few that people from California purchased. My guess is that they saw the righting on the wall in California and made their escape. Just as well because we are about to enter a recession / depression over the next year or so. From all of the people I have talked to (some are equity investors), the economy is teetering on the edge of collapse. Most people thought they could ride out the storm by making the difference caused by inflation by tagging up their credit cards. Well those cards have hit their limits and most are unable to purchase like they one had.

I like the idea of modular homes but as home prices crash, wouldn't it be a better idea to save up enough for 30% on a home and purchase at the bottom of the inevitable housing crash? We just might be looking at a 60% to 80% price reduction. In my opinion the prices are unrealistic as they are. What is most likely to happen is this pending correction will bring prices down where they need to be for normal home owners. B&B's, rentals, and investments will see the primary pain. In the end, home prices will begin to increase but not like what people are thinking. We will see maybe 1% to 3% increase in value after the crash. There is no real good investment to bring investors back to the market. When someone buys a house, its to live in like normal people. The banks will only hand out loans to those who will occupy the domicile.

One thing that companies learned from COVID-19 is that they don't need to rent office space when most of the work can be done by people out of their own home. This means that corporate real estate, businesses, office space, is a thing of the past. It means that employee's will work out of their office and also take the tax write-off. The internet has reached thee age of eliminating the high cost of owning or renting offices. Store front businesses are also seeing a monumental change. Amazon, Walmart, and the like make it possible to purchase online from the house. Strip malls, large malls, are all on their way out. So what will remain after the dust has settled? People still need to try on close although they just might try them on for size and still purchase online at a discounted rate. Restaurants might still be around but in fewer numbers. They will however see a growth in take-out over dine-in customers. Door Dash and other companies will see an increase in business. And not to forget about UPS, USPS, and other shipping companies making a fortune.

So how will modular homes survive into the next decade? How will they be able to compete with existing stand alone homes that cost less than these manufactured homes? discretionary money is gone and not likely to return for years. What are your thoughts?

Historic Bond settlement is presently being reported outside of the US. It's impossible to know what terms are being discussed. What form of payment is being given is unknown. This is privately held information. That this has happened is known. This is a private buy/sell which can happen anytime, anywhere in the world. What's interesting is that this is actually happening. Settlement of historic bonds is a major event. That this will trigger a cascade of events is undoubtedly the case. Events taking place in BRICS allied countries that is. All while the US sucks wind and gasps for help.

Presently there are 120 countries on the verge of bankruptcy joining BRICS. These countries all seek to swap their USD holdings for silver or gold. None of the BRICS nations have a worry about USD. According to Basel 4 rules, all new bonds have to be asset BACKED. The BRICS allied nation states with their peg to China provides the necessary guarantee to aid. This is the death of the Central Bank and the US dollar. In evidence in every one of these countries.

Contrast with the US which only has WW3 to focus on. This continues to be talked about, warned about, and and supported by NATO cronies, the Military Industrial Complex, the Biden Cartel/Admin, all of Congress; profiting from Ukraine, and the oil and gas crisis.

The Agreement with Nick Fleming and a select few others, is still active for another few weeks. This Agreement lays the foundation for the start of RV GCR and NESARA/GESARA. How much more must be handled before Military makes a coordinated stand? This is the question of the day.

The (fake) November elections are fast approaching. So is a predicted harsh winter. The chimera/matrix remains in evidence in support of WW3, all proceeding according to (evil) plan. The only wise response is to lay in supplies as needed. Be prepared to help neighbors who have not prepared. We know this is a minute by minute thing. We just can't know how many minutes we have.

It was really a video about Prefab companies. Each number covered several styles with the same stock footage for several of them. Not sure what I just watched. Not a good video at all. 👎

While I’m interested in new construction concepts, this was a horrible video. The narration almost made me chew my shoulder off. Then, at one point, he talked about a unit that includes a bedroom, kitchen, eating area and living space all within a 100 sf module. WTF? This video is a perfect example of why I hate videos like this one. Lots of promise, but no delivery.

What happened to the Boxabl Casita that are just as sustainable and around $40,000 I thought that was pretty good price wise but yeah didn’t mention the price or what it would take to set up plumbing electrical like another person commented so many more questions that were not answered but we sure did hear sustainable 100 times lol

Seriously, don't use stock footage when you are allegedly displaying real products. You use the same two shots of the roof for quite a number of the houses in addition to the same copy: "...seeking an alternative to conventional housing alternatives". You're not actually imparting much in the way of information.

Can y’all just stop the madness? Y’all know none of these homes are created to address housing issues and the expense of these are nutrageous so they are not created for moderate incomes however in the future with much competition prices may drop but not likely…Land cost building permits etc…Not affordable😮😮😮
