I have been searching for this song for 30 years! It used to come on the car radio in the early 90s when I was maybe 3 or 4 and I loved it! The line "under my umbrella" was all I could remember. I cannot believe I found it!!

Little known fact: This song was banned on some American radio stations because of the erroneous belief that "umbrella" was slang for a narcotic. 🙄

The Hollies truly had some great stuff back in the day. Some songs just light you up and stay in your head. This is one of those songs for me! I was only 13 when I first heard this and in love to boot:) I have to listen to these "Oldie Moldies" from time to time because they are amongst the best music ever written and performed and little out there touches their brilliance today!

Found out this song because of conjuring 2 the movie.
