ОтветитьThe toast one is done regularly in my life. Takes like 5 minutes and pimp it with pickles, ham, onions or different sauces. They're so quick and taste so good. Highly recommend. Be careful of oil splashes when flipping though. The messes I've made...

ОтветитьI love how many people complained about why would you caramelize onions and fresh bake bread for each sandwich. Both of those are examples Josh is using of how basic technique and skill can be applied to these recipes among others. Batch making condiments and breads will bring a return on investment for days and weeks. Especially with certain items, where sitting for a while will deepen flavors and make it better.
