Sasha: Hi, I'm Sasha with 407 Apartments TV and I'm here at Ovideo Grove Apartments, I'm about to meet up with Anthone to learn more about the community.

I'm here with Anthone, the senior leasing specialist at Ovideo Grove. So, what is the most unique thing about your community?

Anthone: I'd definitely have to say where we're located. In the top residential community in Ovideo, we truly are a hidden gem waiting to be found.

Sasha: What are your residents top 3 amenities?

Anthone: Our 24-hour fitness center, our relaxing swimming pool, and our free tanning salon.

Sasha: What kind of resident activities do you hold?

Anthone: Well we try to have resident events for all of our residents to enjoy. We do everything from kids movie nights to community bingo, wacky food holidays, most recently, we hold food truck rallies every other month. They come out Sunday evenings and we hold 3 different food trucks to choose from.

Sasha: So what are all the floor plans you offer?

Anthone: Well, we have a 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, a variety of 2 bedrooms, and our 3 bedroom, 2 bath which we'll be looking at today.

Sasha: What are some of the features of the floor plan we're going to look at today that really stand out?

Anthone: Well for the 3/2 the two things that definitely stand out the most for me are huge bathrooms. There's double sinks in each bathroom and a ton of countertop space. I mean you could practically use this as another bedroom.

Sasha: So where are you located and what are some attractions that are nearby?

Anthone: We are located in Oveido, Florida in a beautiful community just northeast of Orlando, minutes away from downtown, the airport, and a quick drive to the attractions. Oviedo is really known for its great public school district and proximity to the University of Central Florida.

Sasha: What is the phrase that best describes your community?

Anthone: Relax, you're home.

Sasha: What would you like potential renters to know before coming to take a tour?

Anthone: The one thing I want to emphasize is when you rent from us you're not renting just an apartment, you're renting a home. We understand how stressful moving can be and our goal is to make that as stress-free and easy as possible. We look forward to welcoming you as the newest resident in our community.

Sasha: So let's go check out the 3/2 floor plan.

Anthone: Welcome to our 3 bedroom, 2 bath also known as our evergreen floor plan. When you first walk in first you'll notice our very spacious living room area that leads out to our screened in patios and balconies with outside storage. Off to the sides you'll have your dining room area and breakfast bar, which takes us to the kitchen. It comes with your standard appliances: refrigerator, stove and dishwasher with tons of counter space and cabinetry. In addition, every unit comes with a full-sized washer and dryer, a preinstalled alarm system, and free digital cable.

Right now we're in the master bedroom. You'll see that this layout allows room for king-style furniture and private access to the patio or balcony. Also here in the master bedroom we have a walk-in closet, huge bathroom with a garden style tub and double sinks. The two additional bedrooms both have enough room for queen-style furniture and share an oversized bathroom with double sinks as well.
