Puré fire !!
ОтветитьNow can you hear doing a duet with Robert Plant? Holy s**
ОтветитьLove Candy Givens. What a voice! My band Lodestone dis this song on many occasions as a tribute to Candy & Tommy Bolin 💛
ОтветитьI missed them live, but my brother said they were incredible. First album I ever bought.
ОтветитьSaw them at The Eastown in Detroit Opened for Mountain.
ОтветитьHair cut and a mustache, and she'd look just like Freddy Mercury.
ОтветитьThis is awesome and Candy is unbelievable but I can't help wonder how many ludes she dropped before coming out on stage
ОтветитьWhere has this been all my life absolutely amazing ❤
Ответитьthank you ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
ОтветитьCandy’s eyes look like she’s on something.
Ответить🇷🇺🏋️👍
ОтветитьVocals outa sight....
ОтветитьCan’t believe I’m soon to be 60 years old, and just became aware of this band today.
I hear Janis in her singing of course - though a cleaner tone than Janice.
She had to be an influence on Ann Wilson and Robert Plant too.
She sang brilliantly like Janis and sadly died like Janis.
ОтветитьTragic accidental drowning death of singer Candy Givens, age 37, in 1984.
ОтветитьZephyr was a good band in spite of Candy's vocals
ОтветитьIn retrospect Annie Wilson from the band Heart sounds a lot like Candy Givens..
Ответить진짜 뽕맞은 사람 같다
ОтветитьWOW..!!!!!!! THANK YOU!!!!
ОтветитьI liked the hell out of this band.
ОтветитьI've been looking for this from 'the Show' for decades!! Give me more!!!
ОтветитьMy favorite band from this time period!
ОтветитьSaw them in Denver somewhere around 1970 along with Edgar and Johnny Winters
ОтветитьHigh Level for Candy!
ОтветитьI feel so lucky to have caught them playing in Phoenix when they opened for Jethro Tull. I got to talk with Tull's guitarist Martin Barre a couple years ago and he remembered them and Tommy specifically.
ОтветитьThanks
ОтветитьGo
ОтветитьI had the tribute box set , Candy is right up there with Janis and Marge Raymond
ОтветитьDayum!!! Janis is smiling here
ОтветитьBrilliant stuff.
Thanks for posting.
I love Zephyr Candy's singing did improve the more they played Tommy was obviously great the whole band if in the right place with the right manager and record company support would have been one of the greatest bands of all time
ОтветитьMy mama....used 2 love her & so do I ...till I'm here no more!
ОтветитьSaw Zephyr three times during this time period. Candy Givens could really bring it live, and the young Tommy Bolin was excellent!
ОтветитьHow does this have this many views. It deserves way more. It's sad that artists like cardi B and like Wayne are globally recognized but when you ask people about zephyr no one knows. Makes me feel special in a way. I'm a part of the few young people that keep this music alive. Bless you all who recognize good music!
ОтветитьI came here for Tommy Bolin. But, man, Candy Givens has got some pipes!
Ответитьoh man I miss ... music!!!
ОтветитьTommy on p90? Who's guitar is it? What is it's destiny?
I have the first two Zephyr albums and like the second one better. Candy’s screaming vs singing was a drag on those albums. Tommy’s playing especially considering his age at the time is great. See My People Come Together and Showbizzy are both great tracks from the Going Back To Colorado album. Nice to see this video. Thanks for the upload😎 their third album - after Tommy left has much better vocals by Candy
ОтветитьWow I never liked her voice on the first album but she really was pretty amazing! Tommy Bolin is like 19 here and his playing is pretty sophisticated already.
Ответитьhope David Givens can release the live Fillmore east gig 1970.
Ответитьwhat a find! THX!
