I Love my IS300. $1,350 Complete Turbo Kit. 100% Stock forgiving the fuel management system, Bolt on, Set wastegate 9 psi and it makes 342 WHP. I am 100% pleased with everything about this as my Daily Driver. He is right. Make sure you replace timing belt and theyre bad on Ball joints, Wheel Bearings, I also have those exact same Tein Coilovers on mine

This didn’t age well from 2019. 😂 as far as prices. I remember seeing is300s in 2014-2016 go for like 5-8k. Now they’re almost all at 10k bare minimum and manuals go for 15k+. Luckily I just picked up a manual is300 the other day for 6k. It’s a little rough but is solid.

Idk whats going on with them lately but just sold mines bone stock 168k miles 2005 for 7k lol thats 2k more than I bought it for 5yrs ago. Sold it cus suspension began to be bad and didnt want to deal with the repairs.

I had a 1999 gs 300 loved it but hated that you can't pull the e break, didn't know what I had until I junked it, 🤦🏻 big mistake

2jz ge Toyota motor was used in 1gs300, sc300, 2gs300, non turbo supra, and the is300. 2 variants the ge and the ge-vvti. Ge came in the sc300 and 1st gen gs300. It came with hardened rods, is non interference, and same crank, and block as gte. This is also a small bit less compression making it better for boost. The ge vvti came in the 2nd gen gs300, is300, and the non turbo supra. Adding variable valve timing it gains about 20-35 hp and a bit more low end torque over the non vvti stock. Differences are the vvti is interference, higher compression, and weaker rods. Stock vvti heads good for 350-450hp with vvti still active. Built head is exactly the same as the gte as you use the springs, buckets, valves, and cams from them directly into the vvti head. Vvti still sports same block and forged crank factory minus the oil squirter for the bottom of the pistons(this goes for both ge’s) which are only really needed when tuning over 850-900hp.
