I used 2,5 tablespoons of flour and added 2 eggs insted of 1 (for 1 banana). Also, I added a 1/8 teaspoon of baking powder and a splash of milk. The texture was perfect and pancakes were absolutely delicious.

I make it with skimmed milk, no egg and I add baking powder and a pinch of cinnamon. I usually don't add vanilla because the banana is enough.

Omgggggg this is my go to now!! After I poured the batter onto the pan, I put some blueberries on the top of them and then flipped them like normal, and WOW they are soo good and easy!
