my anxiety is often linked to my body reacting weirdly when i have to sit still, like in a classroom or concert where i'm also seen (neck nerves are way too stiff), so my head starts to shake a wee bit. it's probably about relaxation, but yeah

social stuff i pull off with alcohol well, but being sober and sitting still while listening something with other people (like in a classroom), especially with crowd behind me, oh, ridiculous trigger

hate this anxiety stufff. alcohol is handy though. sitting still sucks in any occasion, but when i can stand up and move it turns shitty anxiety into a good one, like thrill or something

I have shoulders no sleep chest pain stuck dry throat nausea dizziness I collapsed twice pain in muscles emptiness dead I side don't like to live .very uncomfortable to be around people .irritated Fed up no interested in anything no taste n smell too much tired even not doing anything forget the things .can't remember the word to speak.0 energy tight incomplete breathing something shaking inside my chest.

In a previous video you suggested drinking less coffee or tea. I changed to decaf coffee and my anxiety became 90% less! I’m not kidding. That little suggestion was so helpful. Thank you.

My anxiety seems to be linked to my IBS. Makes my breathing off too. I hate anxiety. Sometimes it just goes away and i feel normal again

Emma can you please talk about health anxiety… I don’t know if it even a legitimate anxiety label. But it’s me. Anything and everything related to health symptoms sends me into an anxiety or panic attack. I need help on how to handle this..😞

What if the social anxiety comes because of a social struggle like Autism? Bring in a social situation IS stressful and draining, so I don’t think the baby steps process would make a difference. I feel like “unmasking” would be the first priority. Thoughts?
