Because the reasoning is, how can existence be there without being created by someone? That is the reasoning of all the religions. If you accept their reasoning then the question arises: Who created the God? And if God can be there without being created, then what is the problem? Then existence can be there without being created. You accept principally that something can be there without being created. So why unnecessarily go from A to B, from B to C ? And those are all hypotheses. God A creates God B God B creates God C, unnecessarily. So Creation itself is God, we are all pure consciousness (part of god/source/creator). Our body is created by us, but our consciousness exists without being created as we are a part of the source not the creation of the source!

We all know there's a well established hypothesis on how our universe was born i.e. the BIG BANG ...Now there are some scientists out there who say that there exists a hypothetical scenario i.e The Big Crunch which is the ultimate fate of the universe, in which the expansion of the universe eventually reverses and the universe recollapses, ultimately causing the cosmic scale factor to reach zero, an event which can be potentially followed by a reformation of the universe starting with another Big Bang..

i can feel your pain when you said, "oh then, we will have to be back again, doing this podcast again..." so the main purpose of THIS life is to get OUT of that cycle (circle) of life and death (kaal chakra)... and go back to Godhead (through "bhakti yoga")... that's the ULTIMATE PURPOSE of having this human life... this life is SO precious, because when you die, you will have to go through 8.4 million different lives (of many different speices)... before you will get another human life again (that's a loooooot of time and births and eaths).... and because ONLY human has/can have God consciousness (no other animals/species has that capablity)... this human life is SO precious, because we can realize God in this lifetime and go back straight to him, after which the cycle of life and death will end for us once and for all, we will never have to come back to earth again,... we will be in the "Gokoka" (where lord Shri Krishna resides).... and also.... there is a way to realize God in this lifetime, by doing "bhakti yoga"... you need to ask more knowledgeable master to go into more details, but that's what i have understood by listening to acharya (qualified master) like Shri Prabhupada from ISKCON society).... he always tells this in his speeches

This is literally just false. The video states that everything happens in cycle but the universe is continuously expanding and does not shrink back then how does the cycle continue? Not to mention that there is also a theory of the death of our universe which is NOT mentioned in Hinduism.
Also whatever the concept of multiverse is in Hinduism is way different from actual science. What they state is different states like spiritual and physical bla bla bla that is way different from infinite possiblities of the multiverse.
