This song would be a lot better if it had been sung by someone who doesn't sound like he needs to blow his nose and has a mouth full of marbles. Tried too hard to sound cool instead of just singing.

I just cry everytime I listen to this. I'm happy, I love listening to this, but just uncontrollable tears of joy/sadness, full spectrum of emotion. Found out about Hiromi on the weekend and can't stop listening. Sonic Wonderland is the jazziest thing to ever have been jazzed.

Totally in awe, can't believe a happy sounding song, or any song can illicit this bound of emotion. Nothing comes close to this.

I don't doubt I'm gonna get dislikes for this, but...I find the lyrics to be kinda klutzy and repetitive. Whatever meaning and beauty the song may have is kinda washed out by the lyrics feeling too simple: it's just fancy nature words padding time in between very literal sentences, so it doesn't really seem poetic to me 😞

I wish I could fully like the song, because the composition is beautiful as always, and having a singer is a new thing for a Hiromi track! But I think the lyrics need a bit of work....

This is an unexpected—and pleasant—surprise. I hope to catch Hiromi in concert again at some point. This is a nice change of pace. I love the virtuosity, but this is a whole new facet to the jewel of the East that is Hiromi. ❤❤❤

I've only bought concert tickets once in the last ?40? years and I got front row seats when she visited Stanford University a few years back.

I didn't know what to expect Hiromi's first (published) song with vocals, but I've listened to it several times now, so I must like it! 😂

She's a very good lyricist, too! Hopefully the bittersweet tone isn't indicative of hard times for her and it is just a story. All the best to her, in either case.
