ОтветитьI really like this stretch routine. I do it even on the days, when I do not work out. I like the significant shoulder and neck part (maybe we could have more of it 🙂), which is very important for all of us, who spend lot of time in front of a computer. I recently had a consultation with a physiotherapist, who told me that I am in a very good condition in general, but my neck and shoulder muscles are very stiff and that can cause many problems on a long term, so I need to do more stretching exercises. I think these stretches are really very good.
