Rat radio 39 explanation?

theres a rat radio missing for me. i have them all and every map in the game. but the last radio isnt marked. and since i have literally all but one i cant even begin to fucking figure out which one it is not showing me lol

I’m stuck. Can’t find the use for the generator in the Batcave

Interesting choice to forego riddler trophies and replace them with rat idols. I guess because Edward Nigma is still getting started but still, wouldve been cool to see on upclose. I guess arkham vr is still there.

You don’t show where the vent is for radio #28 and that’s the only one I’m confused on where to get

Are there unlockable things like costumes? Otherwise why collect the stuff?

What about radio frequencies? You collect these throughout and they are stored in your decoder so you can relisten to the Gotham news stations
