ОтветитьQuestion: during ab work outs, how can I get the pressure off of my neck/shoulders when performing these? I try really hard to focus on my abs but then sometimes I feel like I'm pushing with my back. It helps when I put my hands behind my head for the ones where you lift your head but then I feel like I'm not putting as much work into it. Anyone have suggestions?

I'm 61 and turning 62 December 28th and another said no, you aren't the oldest one here and that I could do it. I think she is 70 years old. Awesome! Ответитьi am going to be 52 in Feb. i want to tone up and really push myself to a place w my body that i hv never been bc as we get older it gets harder~ keeping our bodies the way we want them to look bc gravity starts playing a huge role and takes it toll🤬. Nutrition and lifting weight+ cardio - today was 1st day doing this ab workout - i was searching for best ab workouts and found this. LOVED IT AND TOTALLY FELT THE BURN! Im soo going to research all that Caroline does w working out and nutrition !

probably the most difficult ab routine I've ever done, about twice as hard as the other pilates routines I find on here. I was NOT ready to do all that without breaks, either
I'm gonna save this one and practice the moves individually....then come back in a month for the full routine

Lost myself and depressed to see myself in the mirror how far I became. I know is gonna be a long journey to be back at my original weight just need more encouragement but I love your videos thank you!
