one thing you gotta learn about running a cnc.. when they start screwing with your stool time and magazine and try and get you to carry a department...... you wait till it is at its most intense then slide to another department that isn't having the managerial spasms.... when the fight is settled and they've done banged around the big machines with the forklifts and accuracy is gone... you prince the controller for a 15 year cruise before they think of trying that crap again. with managers over these machine tools you gotta try and learn the catch the new york to la on expectations and leave the new guy behind when crap gets to thick on expectations. you gotta be careful working the machine tool industry knives come out for the chair when the fight goes down and the next new york to la pops up in the plant. when they get an over motivated manager you have to wait for the pyramid sink and catch the long flight when they put it back like it was.
