ОтветитьI like these videos of exercises for various problems, parts of the body. But I think anyone with back problems etc should see their doctor first or physio. Just a tip make sure you warm up well first before doing any stretching or strengthening exercises, or running etc etc. Having a warm enough bath or shower just before doing these exercises should work or doing some light aerobic exercises until you feel warm sweating a bit and specific moves to lubricate joints and get the circulation going, moving your joints thru there normal range of movement in rhythmic fashion. Shoulder circles knee circles etc
