Just got mine a month ago, breaking and accelerating is definitely slower(?) I have to really push down to get them to work. Idk if that’s a plus or minus but I love the car. A great upgrade from my 2016 fiat 500x, which was practically falling apart lol. It was also a lot more sensitive with the gas and breaks.
ОтветитьI just got my 2023 Kona Limites. Love to drive it. One of the few small cars that I can actually slide into. Great headroom. Wonderful extras. Leather seats are worth it! Can't think of anything they left out! Love it so far. BTW nice job on the video. Too bad some people don"t realize that they could use pause if they thought you talked too fast... which I did not. Keep up the good work.
Ответитьi just traded in my 2017 Kia Soul for this 2023 Hyundai Kona and I love this car. My Kia was stolen a few months ago (thank you kia boys!) but got it back with the ignition busted. I was lucky that the thief only used a screwdriver to steal my car so it was able to drive with the screwdriver used to steal my car. There was no one that could fix my Kia because of parts shortage so I baught this car. This car is amazing!!!! and its my first Brand new car I ever baught for a really good deal. im just paying only $133 more per month than my kia so this was a good deal in the long run.
ОтветитьIs Hyundai Kona going to have hybrid?
ОтветитьI JUST GOT ONE OF 2023 HYUNDAI KONA ALL DOORS ARE LOCKED BUT THE TAILGATE DON'T WANT TO LOCK, OR I WILL BE GOING BACK TO HYUNDAI DEALER
Ответитьexcelente el driver safety bien estable recomendado 💯 😮
ОтветитьLove my kona I’ve been using it since october 2022 and its great.
ОтветитьI live in the Tampa Bay Area of FL, a senior citizen (73 y/o) and a 6’ and a fairly large man coming from a 2020 Toyota Camry, I got my 2023 Kona on May 12th. I have put about 900 miles on the vehicle so far with no complaints. It is somewhat smaller then the Camry which has taken some getting used to. I purchased the SEL model and like all the extra “goodies” that come standard with the SEL (ie, lane assist, blind spot collision avoidance assist, etc, etc). I opted for the front wheel drive (non AWD) model, as I didn’t feel the AWD was needed here in the Sunshine State. The one feature I truly do not care for is the Idle Stop & Go (ISG)! I don’t use it and it is annoying that you have to manually turn it off every time you start the car! Other then that, I find the car fun to drive and I like the sporty looks of the vehicle also. I don’t think it can match the MPG of the Camry but we will see. Again, I am happy so far with my purchase and will be taking it on a few trips in the near future.
ОтветитьJust got my 2023 Kona last week loving it so far!!
ОтветитьMy daughter bought 2023 last year and right now it has 2800 miles on it. The check engine light came on, taken it to dealership now it needs a new thermostat it's scheduled for 6/13/23, now today 5/28 her power train light came on. What can she do without coming out of pocket buying a new car since she bought this brand new at Hyundai dealership in Joliet,IL.
Ответить7 months ago today!! Planning to buy one.
ОтветитьI really appreciate this review and for highlighting all of the various features!
I just started leasing my 2023 Hyundai Kona SEL AWD and I absolutely love it!!!!
Very informative video!
Many thanks!
WHERE ARE THE FOG LIGHTS?
ОтветитьThis is a review in English? No idea, stop for breath, give your audience a break! Random , reading stats from a book.
ОтветитьI love the detail in your reviews, though this one seems to need a couple of corrections:
* Consumer reports slams the Kona, giving it their next to lowest (less than average) reliability rating, plus a total points of 59 out of 100 (really low) and it falls 7 of 10 in their text category. It's greatest strength in their review: handling!
* It's important to note, on the slow acceleration that you're testing the AWD, always slower in these small cars. From what I can tell, it is about an 18% hit on acceleration!
* And it's worthy to note that Kia offers the same amazing warranty, which one would expect from sibling brands...
Thanks for you efficient, get down to business reviews.
Literally trying to be doug demuro lol
ОтветитьGot this exact model & trim as a rental while my Mazda 6 is getting repaired from an accident... I absolutely fcking hate this Kona, its a rolling turd and makes me look back fondly on my old 2013 Chevy Cruze!!!
It's not even that worn in, its only got 8K miles on it and the Fisher-Price sourced plastic interior RATTTTTTTTTTLES over every little crack in the road. The engine feels like its screaming for help when you ask it to go any faster then 10 mph. The sound system is so poor I literally had to turn the base, mid and treb up to max before turning the volume up to near max just to make a fcking phone-call on the Bluetooth...
I cant get my Mazda back fast enough, this experience with the Kona has made me despise Hyundai as a brand... I'm not even joking, I know for a fact I would have been happier if Enterprise gave me a base bare bones Nissan Versa over this TURD. Anyone who buys this new for over 20K$ is 100% getting scammed, because they didnt bother to cross shop ANYTHING else with the Kona if this is what they landed on... jfc I've had fever dreams of burning this car to the ground.
Started looking at the Kona today and gotta say it is absolutely beautiful I love it!
ОтветитьI have a 2022 Kona Limited FWD. I love that it's loaded, but miss the HUD that they took away when they discontinued the Ultimate model (my 2nd Kona, had the 2019 Limited too). Looks like the new 2024 Kona will be a hot seller and can't wait to see how they price it, since they apparently lowered the 2023 prices from 2022 (my Limited was about $30K).
ОтветитьI usually don't comment, but the IVT started in 2022 for SE & SEL models, and you can add AWD to all Except the N line. Other than that great videos
ОтветитьTheir small cars even priced too high, lol!
Ответить😊leased one Kona today, really enjoyed this
ОтветитьLots of great content but you sure talk fast.
ОтветитьGreat review, I appreciate all the details about different trim levels AND the comparisons with 2022 model. Thank you!
ОтветитьInexperienced owners
ОтветитьTherei s one chef he actually loved all the food of
ОтветитьI watched your video through thoroughly and when it came to the final seconds at the end i was enlightened at how that figet spinner spurred
ОтветитьCo-worker is going to look at one today. It's not the top trim level and they are listing close to 30K and at 5.49% for 84 months. Um, no.
ОтветитьDamn...you talk fast...but you did say a lot!I needed to stop and rewind a bunch! 😄 However...good, informative video.Thanks.
ОтветитьI was really impressed with the Kona and features!
ОтветитьJust reviewed the electric
ОтветитьWould you please post a video about linking your Kona 2023 SEL to your smartphone (Android, Apple)?
ОтветитьYou can’t tow a cooler with these
ОтветитьI'm still happy with my Hyundai Venue 2023.
ОтветитьNoticed that price point too bro! Nice review 😀
ОтветитьAfter being a long-term Honda owner I purchased the SEL in two-tone Metallic Red & /Blk with lt. grey seats...didn't need the Turbo and dual-clutch on the upgraded Kona models. Although the Ultimate pkg. wasn't available during the time of my purchase (same time this video was shot) it's well worth it for the extra. At a similar price-point Hyundai included much more features for 2023. I upgraded the original wheels with 18" Bridgestones and polished chromes.
ОтветитьThe base model kona direct port injection?
ОтветитьNice car wish I had one
Ответить😅👎
ОтветитьIs there a car starter ? - gets cold here
ОтветитьThanks for great review..
ОтветитьThank you for this review! Im a teenager who was lucky enough to get this as my first car in white. Your videos really helped weigh out our choices.
And for anyone who is considering getting this vehicle:
I really love it. I think it’d be great for new young drivers as it has a lot of safety features and useful technology. It is a beautiful car in my opinion, I never really liked flashy cars. The only thing I would say is the rear seats are small. The driver and passenger do make up most of the car. But overall, this car is wonderful.
Love your videos and I dig the Kona! When lowering those rear seats, did you need to remove the headrests?
ОтветитьFun fact those 2L na motors are terrible because of carbon build up on valves and cylinder heads
ОтветитьNot sure about other people's buying experience, but I had to order one (did in August this year) and it's slated for production in Dec... So might get in by early January '23. FYI... I ordered the SE version (basic model) and I live in Ontario, Canada.
ОтветитьThis car is ghetto. It's using the same tech from 2012 /2013..... save your mney and get a 2023 - all the tch is new and a lot better
ОтветитьI’ve got the 2022 SEL and I really love it. I even gave my Kona a name. Yes it’s my new four fender friend.
ОтветитьHi do you know if it has walk away auto lock? I just got a 2023 kona n line.
Ответить
