ОтветитьI switched out 4 pieces of toast w/ spreads, 2 coffee’s and yoghurt for breakfast for a smoothie with milk, protein powder, Greek yoghurt, 3 different fruits, 15 grams of peanut powder and chia seeds with lots of ice to make it cold and thicc 😉😅. My fibre and protein intake increased double or triple and lowered my carbs by a lot as well. I’ve been doing that for right around 4 months and I’ve lost around 12kgs. Of course I’ve made other small change’s. But, that’s the biggest change I’ve made. If you’re looking for a way to make changes to your food intake for either health or wellness. Start small and those small changes will slowly become big. Don’t make drastic changes otherwise you’ll mentally check out of either the progress or inspiration to change.

ОтветитьI take one block of super firm organic tofu, slice it into small cubes, toss it into the air fryer on high for about 12 or so minutes (no oil), comes out slightly crispy (not too hard, not too soft), toss it with hot sauce, and enjoy, gives me about 70 grams of complete protein right off the bat.

ОтветитьWe also gotta watch out the sodium levels on some of these food. When I go for canned fish, beef jerky, or cottage cheese, I'll lightly run it through water to wash away some sodium. Odd but it'll likely save my kidney or liver, hopefully.

Damn I currently take slightly more then 1 gram per kilo.
Sardines are lower in the food chain than tuna and contain less Mercury and heavy metals

ОтветитьI wouldn't trust egg whites served from a carton, imagine the conservatives it contains to keep fresh in that cartoon. I wouldn't even trust the egg from a chicken that has been injected with hormones and other things to help it grow, there's nothing like chicken raised in farms natural and organically!

Ответитьi eat wild caught sardines just about every day, im 55 and have ZERO arterial plaque. i believe in the power of sardines. i eat them with brown rice, quinoa, all kinds of beans (the kind ya have to soak overnight), chopped tomatoes, occasionally with pasta, even dropped in a freshly opened hot baked potato with butter, with some kikkoman tamari soy sauce omg YUM. MO!

ОтветитьYes, OFC, skip SKYR which is considered super food and contains 11G of protein, 8G of carbs and 2.2G of animal fat in 100g, or a serving contains 55G of protein, 40G of carbs and 11G of animal fat with 545kcal. So 4 packages could cover all your dietary needs! Instead eat a bunch of small, weird smelling american foods, full of salt, sugar and chemicals... Makes sense.
