I’d love to see the M&P 15 Sport 2 reviewed, the palmetto State PA-10, and other budget guns. $300-$1200 price range is what I feel most people are looking in.

Not only should everyone go join the NRA, but if you know someone who hates the NRA and guns, sign them up too. You probably already have their address so sign them up and have the American Rifleman sent to their house.

Dark times my friends...dark times,.. and I will not give up my assault rifles or standard capacity assault magazines,...Oh and BTW,. I was lucky enough to get some extra assault mags and I did only get 6 so as to leave some for the new guys... but from what Ive seen,.. most places are sold out or selling out of guns and mags,... LoL

Totally agree on the assault rifle label. It's meant to be dangerous to the bad guys. We'll never convince anyone by trying to argue an AR15 is not an assault rifle or somehow not a deadly tool. It just plain is. We need to convince people there are perfectly good reasons (and necessity) to have such deadly tools in the hands of civilians. And that the context of the 2nd A support this being protected still today.

Exactly. The 2nd Amendment was intended to keep us armed with military weapons...ALL of them.

The NICS has been crazy lately. It took me about a week for my FFL to be able to hand me a lower. And the FFL I go to is awesome btw. They were apologetic about something they had no control over. At the same time, we were all happy to see the system flooded with new firearm purchases. Even if they are panic purchases, it’s still an exercise of rights

Thank you for the information and I do look forward to watching and learning on the AR platform. I never owned one, never shot one. When it comes to AR arguments due to my no knowledge of them I back down on this including bump stocks.
I have my opinions on NRA and GOA and we will leave it there.

AR-15 is NOT an assault rifle! Sheesh. One pull, one shot. Assault rifles include the spray and pray setting. There is a difference. Telling noobs to go buy an AR is just dumb. They should buy something they will use! While you are at it, tell them to buy a safe to store their weapons. I love the AR platform, but if you can only have one gun, buy something you will USE! A Ruger 10/22 Takedown is a great choice. Easy to clean, easy to shoot, inexpensive to shoot and fun. Your kids will enjoy shooting it. Don't buy a safe queen.
