really great 12 minute video! this helps me get started exploring go now that I have enough syntax to play around with

so go is basically C with type definitions being postfixed and inferred typing on declarations. neat! i like it!

Great video! Go seems like a simple language. As you said at the end, this is a great way to get started as someone who has knowledge in other languages. Makes it easier to jump into the use of libraries and understanding their guides on their usage.

holy moly so a GO for loop can do what javascript does with FIVE (!) types of loops: while, for, Array.foreach, for (index, element of iterable/object), for (index in iterable/array) despite go being a lower level / compiled language!...

It's simply impossible. A click bait worthy title. Nothing else.

That's the problem of modern day programmers. They want to become jack of every trade without dedicating time. Since some of the viewers are already masters in Golang, they will jump in to write Golang Vs Java blogs on medium. I am pretty sure about that.

Guys, what IDE does he use? I like that by declaring a variable and doing nothing with it, it doesn't show it as an error.

Where is python. Go is rubbish. Nobody uses GO in the real world.

Really stuck between spending my time learning Go or Rust as my next language.
Hope you've got a similar video for Rust, would really help :)
