Microsoft Hyper-V Server: How to install and config

Hello sir, I have encountered a rather troublesome problem. When I use rdp to connect to the hyperv server, I accidentally close the cmd window that was opened by default. How can I reopen it later, without a graphical interface?

I'm using a Mini-ITX computer with an ASUS motherboard and I'm getting an error "Hyper-V Server 2019 No Network Adapter detected". I've used this computer with Window 10 and used the internet, but with Hyper-V Server it cannot detect the network adapter. At this stage of the setup, I cannot figure out how to install a network adapter driver if that is the solution. Would you happen to know anything about fixing this problem?
