It's sad the following generation got butthurt over this movie and they were forced to bring back Optimus prime after 4-5 episodes after the movie was released. Took gen1 too gen3 really fast.

my era of transformers was the 2007 flim and the others but now i like the original even if i was not yet born in that era of autobots and decepticons and i have planned to watch the 80s cartoon online to learn more about the transformers autobots and decepticons and the dinobots and the beast version beacuse i remember watching the 2007 flim with out knowlage of transformers and now i can learn about transformers but i think my favorite decepticon is soundwave or barricade and autobot is ironhide or optimus prime and i thought when i watched rise of the beasts the dinosaur version of megatron will appear but maybe scorge is my new favorite transformers villain besides lockdown and megatron

Bring this back to theaters for Christmas!

Loving the 4kwork but, when Optimus charges at the Decepticons, the weapons fire sounds are too quiet, the Decepticons shoot at him in Truck mode, you hardly hear them, he launches and his blaster is fine, then he lands and the sounds are almost mute

The real tragedy is, we'll never know what Springer's evening plans were before Megatron so callously disrupted them with his flagrant robotics rights violations.

Watching this for the first time. I could hardly keep my eyes on the screen it was strobing so much. Otherwise this was a great experience. I grew up watching the Bay films and seeing the origins of the Transformers has been enlightening.

Why didn't Unicron just devour Cybertron

So wait, Hot Rod is Rodimus' real name? Or he's just a partner of Optimus Prime because he called himself Rodimus Prime
