I've always wondered how much of Cyrax, Sektor, and Smoke's organics remained after being transformed into Cyborgs.
The surgery scene helps answer some of my questions.

A TV show, Netflix or one of the other streaming services would be better than a movie, more time to dedicate to the massive roster of characters

Never occurred to me the similarity with Robocop. Sure, no the same thing, but the similarities are there. Someone already able and trained, had their bodies destroyed and enhanced with robotic stuff. Cyrax and Sektor would make great Robocop if they weren't evil. In fact, the new Robocop movie they made much more "MK" agile style.

It's honestly better than any Mortal Kombat movie made to date. Effects and fight choreography much better than the last movie. Hopefully the next movie will have this style.

I have to say it . . . when the guy said "On your command Grand Master" and only the old white dude was in frame, I did a mental double-take and thought, "Did I click on the right video?" because my brain confused Grand Master for "Grand Wizard".
