glad I found this, stress fx and toe problems keeping me from walking, and meniscus tear keeping me off my beloved elliptical. Needed a way to burn some calories

Thank you so much for these exercises. I have been recuperating from the effects of some prescribed medication that has damaged both my muscles and my stamina. They have been effective and I will continue on with them.

This is my post-COVID workout. I still can't do a lot of physical exercises after recovering from COVID a few days ago. This is great to help keep me moving while not exerting so much effort.

I just had extensive surgery to repair my achilles tendon. I have a case on that leg and can't put any weight on that leg. This was a very helpful workout.

I was working at my kitchen table and saw this video. I immediately put my work down and did this entire workout sittin gon my same kitchen chair! It was a great workout and I want to continue this. Thnak you, both!

Thank you for doing this workout. I have not been able to workout regularly gor a while because of a huge ganglion cyst and recovery. I even have to go to PT to work on my alignment and the foot.

Back in january i hurt my ankle really bad and couldn't work out anymore. Im slowly getting back into it. BTW is it weird that im substituting dumbells with cans of food? I have nothing else to work with :( Im gonna buy some next month lmao.

I was born with skeletal dysplasia, so none of my limbs work symmetrically. I have had both hips replaced as well so standing for long periods or putting too much force on them isn't good at all. This chair workout is perfect for me and I'm going to check out all the others too and likely switch between them to keep things interesting and fresh. But the biggest and most important thing here is the emphasis on modifying for your own ability level. Other chair workouts I've tried give the impression that if you don't do it exactly as the instructor is you're doing it wrong, so it's very encouraging to hear an able-bodied, physically-fit person say "hey, it's okay to do what you can as long as you're moving". I found myself switching between the low and higher impact versions and even mixing between the two to accommodate what my body can or can't do, and it felt great to hear that it was perfectly okay to do so. So please know that out of everything in this workout the thing that motivated me the most was hearing that encouragement. I don't know that I can emphasize enough how much it means to feel seen, acknowledged and included. 💙

I know this video is old but I'm SO GLAD that I found it. For the first time in my life, I've finally found a passion for working out and fitness but I recently sustained a pretty bad knee injury. I was so afraid of falling into a depressive slump and undoing all of the good work I've done over the past few months. This video has saved me. It's keeping me active but also doing WONDERS for my mental health. Thank you so much for making it and for thinking of those of us who have limited mobility.

Another GREAT morning workout! I didn't believe you could get a good seated workout but this proved that you can!! I wish I knew about this workout all those years I was an administrative support professional who sat most of my workday! Blessings!
