Ответитьis there an alternative to splitting the legs when lying on the back? I have some sort of hip situation going on so it blocks the movement before there is actually any tension on the muscles

ОтветитьI love all your hard work and your videos. I found you before covid and I got hooked. I am looking for good stretch/active recovery workouts as I do your HIIT on the other days. This one had me sweating, and it reminded me why I didn't pursue a dance career. But I loved it!!!

ОтветитьHey Maddie, the exercises feel a bit off to me. Like it's more about performance than stretch because of these combined movement. I feel like most of them would be truly more effective if we pause in the position and enjoy the muscles recruited. Thank you for the effort though, it seems a lot of people really appreciated it 🥲

ОтветитьI love this style of video. It's a good way to start your weekend. I am not a fan of yoga but this type of workout allows for slower movement and breathing so I feel that this is a wonderful substitute. Thank yoi so much
