This is my favorite workout ever. Always felt so lazy to exercise, but this is so much fun. I actually do it every day and makes me feel so strong and relaxed.

is there an alternative to splitting the legs when lying on the back? I have some sort of hip situation going on so it blocks the movement before there is actually any tension on the muscles

I love all your hard work and your videos. I found you before covid and I got hooked. I am looking for good stretch/active recovery workouts as I do your HIIT on the other days. This one had me sweating, and it reminded me why I didn't pursue a dance career. But I loved it!!!

Hey Maddie, the exercises feel a bit off to me. Like it's more about performance than stretch because of these combined movement. I feel like most of them would be truly more effective if we pause in the position and enjoy the muscles recruited. Thank you for the effort though, it seems a lot of people really appreciated it 🥲

I love this style of video. It's a good way to start your weekend. I am not a fan of yoga but this type of workout allows for slower movement and breathing so I feel that this is a wonderful substitute. Thank yoi so much
