thanks for this tutorial. I transferred it to Next.js and it works well. But I have problems if a user leaves the room, then I get the error message "Uncaught RTCError: Transport channel closed". How can I close a simple peer connection for a user that left?

Can you guide us on, how to turn off/on camera while on a group video chat.
There is a way to stop/start camera using track.enabled flag, but this keeps the webcam indicator light on.

I am stuck , Everything is working good but i am not able to to view more than one peer. My shows only the person who has joined. I have checked the code and even copy pasted yours , but the result are same.

There seems to be some issues with this implementation: especially around page refreshes. I did not experience those issue with peer to peer video chat. Whenever the page is refreshed sometimes it displays the two video chats correctly and other times it do not. Can you please help on that.

Out of curiosity, why do we need two arrays to store the list of peers. Couldn’t we just use the peers useState instead of the ref version?
