Ответитьnice i recently had some weightloss surgery and bought some bells, wasn;'t sure were to start with chest so this is helpfull to build up some confiidence and strength before using a gym. one question when do you know when to increase the weight just starting with 2.5 each dumbell as i have never used weights and need to goe easy as im recovering. Thanks 💪

ОтветитьGood video. You should put an alarm, a chime/sound. Something in between intervals when you’re finished with a set and moving onto rest. I need to keep peeping my phone to see when you’re resting!

Ответить53 yr old dude here. Been trying these. I lay on a bed instead of the floor due to room. Been trying a month, really started to notice a diff. 5 days a week. I use 15lb dumbells.
ОтветитьHi Midas, I really appreciate the effort and the knowledge that you share with us in this video, however I believe your videos can still be better if you will add a bell or alarm whenever the workout timer is about to end, I only watch your videos using my phone so sometimes it's hard for me to keep watch of time especially while working out. But don't get me wrong I love this workout video! Thanks
