ОтветитьI got a Power Tower a few days ago, and those wide grip pullups are NOT very beginner friendly, lol! I was able to do at least 1 or 2 on the "doorgym" i got a month ago (i think i did 6 pullups with the easier grips), but the power tower has a wider grip, so i cant even do 1 single pullup on that (without having to use my feet for assistance). I turn 40 in a few months though, and have mostly just been hiking to get some exercise, so maybe younger people are better at them, or people with wider shoulders... Maybe ill be able to do at least 1 if i get rid of my beer belly...
