gotta say, while I enjoyed the variation/poses I did not like the video. the lack of any audio cues, coupled with a lot of poses requiring you to look away from the screen made this less enjoyable than it could've been

Going on 4 years of doing this everyday before snowboarding love it. It’s relaxing with the music and her calm composure. Starts at the legs and works it’s way up. 10 minutes and you feel thrice as good.
