The Dollars Trilogy Chronological Timeline & Connections EXPLAINED [2024]

I first saw the Dollars trilogy on late night TV back in the eighties. They were shown in the order they were made. Great idea to watch them in reverse. Like you said, they are stand alone films in their own right, but viewed as a trilogy, Leone created one of cinemas greatest.

"Il Maestro" was simply a genius and miles ahead of his time. And when someone like that works with legends like Ennio, Clint, Lee, Eli or Gian-Maria, then we are witnessing greatness.

Why do your videos keep going down?

The Outlaw Josey Wales is probably Clint's best Western. How he did not win an academy award for his performance and for best director, I don't know.
