I haven’t watched a second of this video, but I know he’s going to talk about the Spike Dudley head but.

The online servers were cool and very welled created and fixed up to 2004-2022. 2022 was the year that the servers were broken and continues to kick us out. the servers were absolute garbage and uncared about, is why someone like the Yuke's and his team should completely step in and take complete control over making the WWE games so they can finally fix everything including the servers. 2K somehow got sued a few weeks ago for something.

The online glitches need to be no more, It's no fun. Most people wouldn't buy the next WWE game if this game and the servers are not fixed.

damn, never played the online mode.
even though I had it available to me I always would play either universe, myplayer, or some classic matches with friends.

I just hated how laggy it always was no matter how good everyones connection was. I tried to have fun but after a couple of matches it just got too annoying.

Lmaooo I'm glad I didn't play SvR 09 online back then.

The only way you have fun online is if you have your own friends play with you, other that, online on its own is garbage, at least Community Creations is the only thing that is fire coming from randoms.

svr2011 was my first big wwe experience, offline and online, i don't remember the online being too bad, i was pretty lucky tho

Man oh man do I remember this as well. As bad as the old MW2 lobbies were, as bad as the overwatch community is. They ain't no where near as bad as the WWE online community. Forget all the trash talking which you hear a lot in every online game but in this you had to also deal with glitches, hacks, irreversible moves, etc. Needless to say I'm glad I got away from this! The toxicity in most other communities are wearing kid gloves compared to the WWE players.

I mean

I know I am like 9 months late. But I genuinely play this game as if I was wrestling irl. AKA I try to sell moves, use taunts when they make sense to my character, and try to make it fun. Even these kids sometimes stop tryharding and actually have fun with my matches lmao.

My first online game was SVR07 for the PS2
and people would set up battle royal lobbys and say "This Is a chatroom" and others would use online to show off their cursed CAWs
I even added one person on MSN when that was a thing and we talked until the 360 came out

Lol my first wwe game online experience was SvR2008 and the last was SvR2011, then I finally tried 2k22 and it still same shit, people abuse the hardest to block move or unblockable moves…also the best experience is to turn off custom superstars CaWs etc. Also those weirdos try so hard to win, cheating, breaking the game etc, but there is no scorebord or something, like really no reason to try so hard to win

I was playing elimination chamber in 2k22. I somehow got royal rumble eliminated. Letting 2k work on your games is the biggest mistake you can make ong

DAMN so it was toxic even during THQ era? WTF? i thought that just now happend bcuz of the new fandom from 2k community ever since they merged with old school generation of wwf/wwe fans FROM THQ era, acclaim and erc. well that's news to me i never knew that i guess it's because i never played the game online i always played it with a friend at his house.

Damn, can finally show my friends what 09 was like no one understands how bad it was human behavior wise. Still best friends with my tag team partner from back then we hang IRL although we live in different states!

I think I still have glitched caws on 2k15 on 360 lol it was bad I got glitched caws to fight back at others that did it. it was ridiculous

I'm so glad i didn't play any online match in any WWE game when i was a kid, i just played offline matches.

Wish we could just get WrestleMania 2000 and no mercy online.

It's always the same garbage type of caws. Wwe13 I could run the table on them using a light heavyweight style with a bit of dives and legit setups and they would quit before they lost 70 percent of the time. All the other games were grade A monkey crap online.

For once, I'm actually grateful that my parents didn't have internet to play WWE games back then, otherwise my whole life would've changed completely

You know what man, I totally agree with this. It’s like a whole other world in wwe online where shit makes no sense. You got hackers that’ll just find an easy way out by using these stupid glitches and spams. This video right here just sums up as to why I don’t play wwe online modes anymore…

Will never forget one of my last online matches. WWE2K17 and my opponent had a glitched HIAC superkick. Over and over and over again..total bummer.

Oof pretty much my life experience. I love 2k09-11, but online just had the worst people. I remember on 09 someone froze me right before I left the house to go somewhere, so I thought, "oh I'll be gone for hours. They'll give up before I get back." Come back nearly 12 hours later and the match was still on, frozen and all with so many toxic messages. Online is insane for these games

Oh man I'm still salty about two hackers ruining me and my buddy's Tag Team Winning Streak (at the time 11-0).
It was WWE 2K16 and the two spammed the Hell in a Cell Superkick again and again until we couldn't kick out.

Let's not talk about those who only did taunts until they charged up their finishers and then spamming them.

I still remember one (BrandonGamerV, I still remember his tag, that's how pissed off I was) who used an Apollo Creed CAW that would just spam low kicks, blocking you in a corner with a positioning hold (at the time impossibile to counter, to not confuse with simple grabs), taking you again with said holds and then hitting a pop up finisher (impossibile to counter at the time).

You just were blocked in a unwinnable situation.

SvR 2009 is so nostalgic. Wow, lol.
