Defending criminals online is a form of VIOLENCE BY PROXY. The commenter defends the criminals using arguments like " the criminal was no longer a threat," ( as if they could know that for sure.) or " is money more important than someone's life?" Ect ect ect. They do this to appear morally superior to others in the comment thread but their real goal is to pacify people who would normally defend themselves from criminals and leave them open to attacks. These people take joy in learning that the victims were hurt in the crime and further hope the victims will be charged in court because the crime didn't hurt the victim as much as the criminal defender wanted it to. These people that defend criminals are far more sadistic than the criminals themselves and they hide under a vail of " caring." You can tell immediately that their caring is false when they vehemently deny the victims any benefit of the doubt, and go on to call the victims the real bad guys. They go on to bald face lie about how the criminal didn't do anything that bad to be reacted to and how the victim should have just waited until they almost get killed in an attack before they retaliate. VIOLENCE BY PROXY!

Pennsylvania, and every state that I’m familiar with, allows use of a firearm under supervision of an adult with the parent’s permission. Most states grant individual responsibility to minors at ages 12,14, 16, etc.

Here is Pennsylvania law 6110.1

Ҥ 6110.1. Possession of firearm by minor.
(a) Firearm.--Except as provided in subsection (b), a person under 18 years of age shall not possess or transport a firearm anywhere in this Commonwealth.
(b) Exception.--Subsection (a) shall not apply to a person under 18 years of age:
(1) who is under the supervision of a parent, grandparent, legal guardian or an adult acting with the expressed consent of the minor's custodial parent or legal guardian and the minor is engaged in lawful activity, including safety training, lawful target shooting, engaging in an organized competition involving the use of a firearm or the firearm is unloaded and the minor is transporting it for a lawful purpose; or
(2) who is lawfully hunting or trapping in accordance with 34 Pa.C.S. (relating to game).”
