Can you do a video on big data books and course
ОтветитьFYI:
The affiliate link for the amazon book is broken :(
So where is the link to this? "Stanford's FREE data science book and course"
ОтветитьYou said Brilliant is a free way to learn. It's not, it's a trial.
Ответитьgreat video! its brilliant, not brilliance
ОтветитьLoved, Loved, Loved this Content. Thank You.
ОтветитьHow nice that my Data Science course for engineering uses this book :)
ОтветитьCan anyone please hare the link for this book?
ОтветитьYour affiliate link to the book make it stick does not work, i happily Support you through that link
ОтветитьRegarding why it's free, when I worked for state government in the U.S., I was told that, if the University received Federal money for the project (software, textbook, online course, etc.), the University could not charge for it. This is why you can get some marvelous things for free if you know where to look. I recently downloaded an MIT graduate school textbook on complexity theory for free.
ОтветитьThanks for the information!
ОтветитьThis book has been around forever
ОтветитьBrilliant video. Very short and informative. Well done ❤🎉
ОтветитьIsnt this lifted from andrew ng’s coursera ml course 😂
ОтветитьThanks for sharing
ОтветитьFirst time I got a data science recommendation. I'm an unemployed bum with no degree and wondering if I should learn to code and which language. And what are the possibilities of getting a job? Like, can you just work online?
ОтветитьCan someone pls tell me the name of the book.
Sorry, I watched video and looked the links in description, but could not get the name of book.
I can't stand overly edited videos like this one. It's very distracting from the information that the video is to convey.
ОтветитьThanks for sharing, can one jump straight to the Python book or is it necessary to read both?
Ответитьthe video tutorial for python version will release on summer of 2024 on edx platform.
ОтветитьIs there any point in someone learning any of this is they are bad at math and algebra?
ОтветитьFully one third of the video is an ad. Wow.
ОтветитьAren't data science jobs going away though due to automation from AI?
ОтветитьLots of low quality content streaming out of India, and it is pervasive.
ОтветитьHuge fan of brilliant. Have done the ISLR course. It is really good. I would recommend the MIT Micromasters in SDS after that. It is not free. But you get 90% financial assistance if you are eligible. Each course is 300$ each. There is a finance Micromasters too. Each course is 450$.
ОтветитьExcellent presentation! And great ideas for "how to get a job" that helps new programmers and non-profits. I've had my company do pro-bono work for several non-profits - very rewarding work! Thank you.
ОтветитьSo weird... Among the 17 links in the description - I didn't find a clear link to the book itself.
Very professional.
The video says the book is a few hundred pages and does not get into unnecessary details however I just checked the book which is more than 600 pages. Am I looking for the right book?
ОтветитьHoly cow. You are my go to guy!
ОтветитьYou said "the book" many times. Did you ever say the name of the book/course? Did you say the author's names? Did you actually show the book? Is this a joke video for content makers?
Ответитьclip your nails bro
ОтветитьGreat video.
Could you add some kind of outro at the end of your future videos, such that the video does not end immediately after your last sentence and the next video will start suddenly after that? Maybe just a moment to give viewers time to press pause, maybe add an End Card to advertise some other videos.
You could just add some word saying goodbye like "thanks for watching, hoping it was interesting, hope seeing you soon" or something like that.
Otherwise viewers may think there is something missing at the end.
Just be careful that you don't get stuck in a perpetual loop of working for free, some additional advice for getting out of that rut would be welcome lol
ОтветитьIt's free because Data Science has been outsourced by ChatGPT lol
ОтветитьYou look like Newman from Phoneshop - did anyone tell you that?
ОтветитьWhy is he jumping around like that, very annoying!!!!!
ОтветитьI’m confused: Hastie-Tibshirani is one of the best-known books on the topic pretty much for the past 10 years.
ОтветитьYou've just got a new follower 😊
ОтветитьSorry , but your "free" book costs $22.49 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
ОтветитьIt was a famous book at my college. ISLR is what we called it.
ОтветитьESLR and ISLR are one of the best statistical learning books out there. Read both of them during Data Science and Data Mining classes in grad school and I still go back to them!
Ответитьhe got a really nice and clear voice
ОтветитьEven if I learned it all really well it's not going to be any good to me being middle aged and having had a string of dead end unskilled jobs for years on end. One can dream, I suppose.
ОтветитьI love this book. I was introduced to it during my Masters and have used it throughout my PhD.
ОтветитьBut, where is a link to the book?
ОтветитьOne of the things I learned myself, is not to watch commercials.
