The Best Gun Stock for VR Shooters

I got the Sanlaki 3D-printed gun stock, and it's great. It definitely took quite some time to get used to, but once you do it's amazing. My accuracy got ten times better and it increases the immersion like crazy. Also, I've been travelling a lot with it, and it hasn't broken yet, so over-tightening it is really the only thing you have to look out for. Other than that, it's a great gun stock and I also highly recommend you try it if you're looking for a gunstock

Hi, is there any recoil gun stock like the forcetube to use with ps5 vr ? and does the bhaptic vest work with ps5vr ?

So all the stocks but 2 make it more like a real one with the weight so those are more for the realistic player I kinda like it

Why is the actual king of vr stocks, Bowk stocks, not on this list. Most consistant, most durable, and it has 4 points of contact while being lighter than every gun on your list. If you really look at the numbers, more pros run the bowk line of stocks than these over engineered toys that require meticulous adjustment for every play session. Adjustment takes away from utilizing muscle memory, which makes you an established player.

Why not just go out and play airsoft at this point?

Well, I'm surprised that the gun stock concepts haven't moved toward a spring/rope/pulley design yet.
Basically, link the off-hand to an adjustable rope with just a tiny bit of pull strength as to guide the hand back toward the gun's resting point. With a proper mechanism, you could have a single button being pressed on the gun to readjust the resting points. (Press the button, ropes gets loose in the gun and you can place your hands/points where you want them then release the button and the ropes are now fixed kinda like muscles)

Balancing weight with a rope system is rather simple and while magnet gets demagnetized over time, a rope-pulley design usually allow ropes to be replaced. Kinda like a compound adjustable crossbow.

For the feel of a real gun front end weight I'm used to it.

I generally use a cardboard stock i made and a lanyard attached to it. It works really well but i had to make it bigger after some time. It works grate for most guns i use go straight to where i want. Perfectly placed where in want but p90 works ok on it and for pistols i just let it hang and use no stock for it. the cardboard doesnt add to much wight and is really light but you have to replace the cups sometimes as it can break after time i use toiletpaper rolls for the cups and remember to dissinfect the cardboard.

i have the glisco magnistock and iv had no problem with any flexability issues the only problem iv had is the handle cups breaking and making them lose. fixed by a roll of duck tape.

I also have the Etsy 3d printed gun stock, same as yours and mine also broke and in general I wouldn't recommend it as it's made from cheap materials and other major gripes.

I had a gun stock that had the controllers that go underneath the gun but after a few play sessions you tend to notice that the tracking of the controller tends to fail pretty easily, this is because the plastic above the controller is thick and the tracking rings can not be detected by the headset so buy carefully.

spoiler alert, they are all overpriced metal sticks with some fancy rocks on some parts, basically just build your own using any wooden sticks you find in your garden

I can honestly recommend the iStock. It's light, not going to get in the way, easy to use and etc, or at least design one, and print it yourself like I did.
