adidas boost series use much sturdy material, having both adidas ultraboost st and nike pegasus react xtrail, you will scared to use nike rough it may tear off, whereas adidas ultraboost doest have any weak spot to get teared off accidently

Scooped a pair of Infinity React 2's from a Nike Outlet a couple of wks ago. After all discounts, I paid about $38 for them. My first non-Jordan, non-retro Nike in many yrs and it's amazing how far comfort has come in a couple of decades. It feels so bouncy and responsive.

The ultraboost feels nearly the same as a cheaper adidas boost sneaker. Honestly, the boost technology is terribly dated at this point. NB, Hoka and Nike have all got better soles than the ultraboost, hands down, and that's only the ones I've tried. Boost is nice, but if you want true comfort in a shoe go with another brand and don't waste your money on dated sneaker tech.

i am starting to lean on adidas when it comes to design

owning both, I will say in the looks department I'll give it to my UB22, but comfort and functionality the NRI2 takes the cake... my steps feel a little more springy and I feel because it's lighter as well it feels more effortless than the UB22.. both great sneakers though and you can't go wrong by picking one over the other, if you want maximum cushion then Nike ZoomX Invincible would be your best bet, like no other shoe I've tried, almost a little too much for me which is why I went with the NRI2.

Currently using my Triple Black UB 4.0 DNA on daily basis to work and casual outing. I've been eyeing on Infinity React 2 and planning to add one to into my collections. However, I'm still thinking about Pegasus 38.

Should I go for Pegasus 38 or Infinity React 2?

Adidas has a quality control problem. One shoe a size 10.5 is much too tight while another half size down has a thumbs width left in the toe. Different size shoes depending on model.

UB 21 looks great in pics and when they're in front of you. But that damn clunky boost..

toebox on new boost is shocking.. very tight and uncomfortable.

I still can't belive nike is sueing over primeknit. Don't think they would if they didn't think it was better product. Plus the recycle which is great for world.

Ultraboost still king on look and comfort but I think the 21 went to far if u have a larger foot. Back to big looking. Wish nike would do the swoosh different on the react. A react presto would be dope.

Man I came across the UB'21 on sale for 90 bucks around Black Friday. Totally missed the deal when it was live and I'm still kicking myself for not seeing it sooner. They look absolutely incredible

I have both boost and react , UB fits better however they are heavier and the sole get yellow and bottom up faster.
Nike cushioning are way softer and the shoes are lighter and last longer however Nike ,as usual, are tight AF.

I’ve been a Nike man since 1990, I have not worn adidas since the 80’s I just got a pair of ultraboost 21 and I love them, I’ll always have ultraboost in my sneaker rotation now.

honestly i like hes kicks for this reason all of the other shoe reveiwers are so nerdy and they run marathons and im like bru im not finna trying to run a marathon i just want to wear the shoe you know

ultra boost 21 is too expensive for.

The ultraboost’s are comfy and stylish but aren’t really made for running, the reacts are MADE for running, like they just make running fun, honestly if you care about style THAT much and want to use them to run then just get the Adidas, you will probably get used to it.

What does OG/RS- 001, OG/RS- 002,  OG/RS- 003, on the outsoles mean ?

I am a former basketball player 150 kg, 1.91 cm tall. I stand for about 4 hours a day. I don't have a problem with flat feet. I have a normal foot structure. I currently have adidas swift r2 shoes, they are old and I will buy a new model. Which would you recommend me adidas ultraboost or nike react infinity? Also, my wife is 75 kg and 1.70 cm tall. He teaches 8 hours a day standing up and has problems with overpronation and flat feet. It uses the Asics Kayano 27. Can you recommend ultraboost or nike react infinity to my wife? Or should Asics continue to wear Kayano?

I've got both. I use the Nike's for actual running and the ultraboost 21s for being on my feet all day at work. Really enjoying the stability of the Adidas and natural feel of walking. The Nike's are made for running and walking feels a bit weird due to its hoka style rocker shape. It really helps you run though.

I scored a pair of the infinity react at Nike on sale for 60 bucks. I love them. They are great for running and walking during the day. Very comfortable.

I'll be honest the cheaper shoes in adidas is way better but expensive shoes Nike it's better

Nikes for me

Great shoes but being at the pinicle of running shoe tech...might be overkill for people using them more as "casual running shoes" for walking and running errands. And who aren't in the least serious competitive runners. The difference in tech even within a brand...probably wouldn't mean that much. If some one wants to spend over $200 (CAD) for either of thtese shoes...GO FOR IT!! For people intending to wear them everyday with light fitness every now and then...or some one that's fit but just not a heavy runner...a Nike Pegasus 37 would work better IMHO. Looks..function...performance...

I mean the soles will wear out. You just might put a tear in the mesh...my puppy was teething on my NB's years ago. Put a hole at the toe area of one shoe. :) Were new. Fairly new. S**T happens. :) Might look at the 1080's too from NB.. Squishy with support. Black layer at the bottom with white sponge...

I wanted to love the react but the arch is a bit high and hurt my feet .... lame but the boost though!! Perfect

Edit: ended up getting the 21s back then and I absolutely love them. I have to force myself to wear other shoes sometimes just because they'll look better eventhough the boosts call out to me.

Anyway I just ordered the peg 38s with react and zoom X so I can't wait.
