(NEW 2023) Mario Kart: Bowsers Challenge at Universal Studios Hollywood

Seriously WTF is up with the mile long que line! If there are ever anywhere near that many people in line to ride this I do NOT want to be anywhere near this park!!

Went during Christmas break and my son was the exact 40” they required to ride so the worker kneels next to him and slides a credit card between his head and the marker and didn’t let him ride I paid 350$ I was pissed

Visually, it's incredible. The ride itself is very underwhelming, definitely more for children. Seems like you are moving in slow motion, and the turning doesn't seem to work right. Pretty disappointed in the ride itself, but for kids it's good

ARE YOU SERIOUS? There is Bowser's Challenge at the Hollywood!! In my experience, I went to USJ Osaka and waited only 10 minutes with the express pass. I warned you, Bowser's Challenge there is VERY popular. I saw this on Hollywood before.

Before you enter the Karts, you can here the Main Menu theme from Mario Kart Wii. It was so nostalgically beautiful 😢

Is there any part of the ride that is fast? I’m disabled & will not wear the visor, just checking to see if I can ride with my child. It doesn’t seem like it in the video.

wish I could've seen this, unfortunatly I ended up going when there was a huge school event. I decided to skip Mario land after waiting in line for 45 minutes to complete the first challenge. When checking the app the line for this ride never went below 3 hours.

Universal loves stairs. For us older guys it can be tough

When will universal open a Nickelodeon area so badly wish the waterpark reopen wish they have another nick studios in Hollywood like in Orlando please can universal and Viacom help develop it and save company and bring things back websites shows game shows and more like before the capital logo of the letters and more

The line just to get to the ride is longer than the ride itself.

When I went on this ride, it felt like a dream with the visors on especially the rainbow road part

It looks pretty cool to ride. 😍 However, just the looooonnng walk, upstairs, downstairs, etc... Looks like it would wear you out by the time you get to ride. 😜

The first half of the queue area got me confused because it looked more like a queue for the Yoshi ride than for a Mario Kart ride. It just didn’t make sense to me to set guests up for a yoshi ride and then transition into a Mario Kart one

Y'know, since its called SUPER Nintendo World, what if we were to design a park themed specifically to the greatest hits of the SNES?
*Now obviously there would be plenty of Super Mario to choose from (World, All-Stars, Kart, Yoshi's Island).
*Next, just like in Universal, would be a land themed to the Donkey Kong Country trilogy.
*Then we'd have a Zelda land based on A Link to the Past.
*StarFox would fit the role of the sci-fi Tomorrowland area.
*Finally, something for the adults; might be controversial, but I feel its a forgotten franchise that deserves a second look: Killer Instinct

If this is even just a taste of what will be in store for us Floridians when Epic Universe (With its Nintendo area) opens in a year or two, it'll be an absolute masterpiece!

They should've based it off of Mario Kart and done something similar to the Cars ride at California Adventure.

This ride from Super Nintendo World at Universal Studio Hollywood in America is a lot better than the rides from Japan.

They can hide green stars in the park and give free puppets if you find all of them

Great video. Man, this does not look fun to me though. I’m sick of the trend of everything being a screen. Give me real, physical rides like Pirates or Haunted Mansion. All this AR/3D glasses stuff is awful.

Imagine the wait time when the queue is full.

Disney's queue would've gradually gone uphill so there were no stairs. Screws us handicapped from enjoying the main entrance!
