ОтветитьMy dog loves peas
ОтветитьTomatoes are a fruit from South America, they were brought to Europe by the Columbian exchange. Europeans who saw tomato plants for the first time thought they were poison because of the resemblance to other nightshade plants.
ОтветитьThank you for your recipes. I started making my own dog food for my dog based on your recipes. You suggested peas as one of the vegetable sources in one of your recipe videos around the same timeline as this video was made, so I thought it was safe and put them in his last batch of food which he loves. Now I’m confused.
ОтветитьThank you. Blessings to you 🙏 ❤❤❤❤
Ответитьwhat about garlic and chocolate?
ОтветитьI gave my puppy apple yesterday I’m glad I didn’t give him the core . And I gave him my left over peas yesterday too ,we need dr Andrew in every vets
ОтветитьDidn’t you just give dog food recipe with peas
ОтветитьHi Doctor! My dog food contains pea fiber. Is it also bad for dogs?
ОтветитьI wish every Veterinarian was this knowledgeable. Nearly ALL vets are only interested in chargeable costs. Took a dog to multiple vets for "dry eye" in my chihuahua. All vets want $120 eye test + office visit of $95 and another $80 for antibiotic shot and another $40 to $100 for multiple drops or ointment.
ОтветитьThanks for this video. The first five I knew about, but the peas I did not. As of today no more peas. Thanks
ОтветитьThank you for enlightening me about this.😊
ОтветитьThere are commercial dog foods that have PEAS in them...."stew" style "meals".
ОтветитьGreat!
ОтветитьThank you Dr. 😊
ОтветитьHi,
I have an unrelated question about a diabetic cat I'm managing ( I'm an RVT). He is a 6 yr old M/N. I've successfully got him transitioned to a balanced raw diet & he is on 2 I.U of Caninsulin bid. He is also on a chromium supplement 50 mcg bid to support his pancreas. I am doing random glucose mid day & he is now between 6 & 10 mmol/L after 1 week.
He presented @ 28.
How long before you see the glucose dropping? Also, is glargine a better insulin choice?
This cat is being managed in the owner's home, so he has minimal stress. Unfortunately, she is a young person (37 ) who has had a stroke & does have some residual deficits, so I'm very encouraged by her perseverance to do the injections. I really hope he goes into remission.
This has me in shock!! I used to give my dog grapes in the summer, he absolutely loves them. I figured because its mostly water it CANT be bad for him. He was NEVER EVER SICK or I would of stopped immediately!! he consumed allot....
He was diagnosed with kidney failure which was also enlarged, around the same time!! hes 14 now and still going as I've completely changed up his dietary, back legs are going as I carry him up n down the stairs and on our bed.
I cant believe this....I even argued with my mrs about it because of its water content.
Thank you Dr. Jones for putting great content out there to protect out furry family. ❤🐾🐾🐾
ОтветитьDr. Jones, I have a cat and a dog. I watch all your videos and highly appreciate all of your advices! My cat loves grapes and cucumbers and fights with me to get some! I always give him cucumbers, but sometimes I give him pealed seedless grapes ( not much and not often ). He’s a rescue from the streets and I have him for more than 12 years. I really love my boys and I can’t resist giving them what they want. Should I confront my spoiled brat cat and refuse to give him grapes next time, or it’s okay to give him his grapes once in a while?
