I have built a few sheds. Great job. I always use a Z strip at the seam to keep the water out.

As much as a nail gun makes it faster. Screws are a DIY's friend because you can take everything apart over and over again as you/wife new stuff on media.

This is why we work so much slower when the white guy shows up on the site. They build way beyond what code calls for. Waste waste waste. They go fully automatic throwing nails every 2", and always looking at a frame AFTER IT WAS CONSTRUCTED TO PLAN and says "eh, better throw another stud on that stud pack to beef it up". God. If you build it to minimum spec as per building code, it will exceed the integrity of anything a home will ever experience. If a tornado tears through your neighborhood, I promise that extra pass of nails you made with the gun is not going to make a difference.

Also, no Z-flashing? Aight, man.

Hey, this is a great build! Looks terrific. Couple of questions - any particular reason why you chose screws over Brad nails for the trim? Also, any particular reason why you didn’t put flashing between the side boards at the join?
