ОтветитьI think it's a better idea to first dry roast the paratha and then apply ghee when you apply ghee or oil first it ends up raw or starts to burn quickly I think it's a mistake but the recipe was good.

I made these this morning for breakfast and axtually found that the 1st method ( which Ruchi mentioned is the most commonly used) worked best for me... only problem was that at some points the potato stuffing would come out from the edges😔 still think it was pretty good for my 1st time just wish the potato would completely stay in the inside😂
