Congratulations 🎉 What a beautiful watch. For a long time I was attracted to the 6119r. But slowly I am turning to the 6119g. Either way you can't go wrong with a PP. So how does it wear on the wrist? One fear that I have is that the lugs are too long and that it will wear too large for a dress watch 😢

It's a Patek, yes, so it is awesome to own regardless; however, I really don't like the look of it. Further, it is comically big.

I thought my favorite was the 5227 until I watched this.

IDK how anyone thinks the Rolex 1908 can compare to this. The Patek is on a different level.

My grail watch. I own an older model the Calatrava 5120G white dial which is 35 mm only. This colour combination is the most elegant in the Calatrava line up.

So the title said why chose PP over 1908 but didnt says anything at all but flexing his watch....

It's a beautiful watch . Just a little big on your wrist, but love has It's own ways.

I personally do not like it. Looks like a fashion watch. Too oversized looking and the brushed dial doesn't fit well into the dress watch category.

It looks too big for your wrist. And the lugs are too wide for the case. Combined with a dramatic taper of the strap, it looks unsightly from the side. I like classic Calatravas way more. This looks like a great idea that was poorly executed because someone decided to change what used to be perfect proportions.

A true timeless classic

I have 6119G and 52508 black dial.
I love both of them, they are outstanding in the different ways.
PP has its own name at dress watch field.
But those watches are not in the same level to be compared.
Seems like tried to compare Aquanaut with submariner who has better water resistance.

Nice didn't think there was a premium on this as AD offered at retail most places. Wait time yes
