ОтветитьThis was perfect for me. Thanks a lot!❤ But I'm just at the beginning of the second trimester and I'm used to doing workout. This is definitely not for everyone, but I am so greatful there are videos as intense as this for pregnant ladies as well. I don't think it would serve very well to try to make a video for everyone. Everybody can listen to their bodies and what feels good for them🙏❤️

Ответитьthis is not yoga, it is a "yoga inspired workout", aka gymnastic. And could be too much for some pregnant women, it is very intense, I would not suggest it for every pregnancy.
ОтветитьThat felt like way too much focus on planks for prenatal! (From yoga teacher still teaching, practising, working out at 8months in!)

ОтветитьI thought planks were bad during pregnancy because they cause diastis recti? Not criticizing your practice, thank you so much for sharing. Just trying to get more information as I'm sure you have your reasons for including them!
