ОтветитьI usually do a 20-30 min Yoga Nidra in the morning but woke up later than usual so this was perfect - and the effects are still profound.

I discovered it through Dr. Andrew Huberman, and have just started practice it for sleep using one of your guided meditation sessions, and I am astounded by the immediate and undeniable results.
