Noriyaro mentioned in an old video that a panda 86 with the 13-95 plates was seen by initial d's author shuichi shigeno and it flew past him while driving his blue impreza sti in the mountains. That same AE86 with the same exact plates also once appeared in a noriyaro video. There's more to it but I don't remember the whole story nor the titles of those videos.
