ОтветитьI started a few days ago, i am full of sweating, I reduce a few grams.
and I feel better to breathe properly, especially when going up and down stairs, now it helps me to reduce my cholesterol. at first i felt the whole body pain in 3 days. but now i feel better after doing this kind of exercise. thank you very much Mizi.

구성도 재밌고 어제는 속이 울렁거려서 죽을거같았는데 오늘은 적당히 힘드네요. 그렇게 힘들지 않으면서도 땀많이나고 기분이좋아요~

Also, I realized that I always frown while working out but when I saw you smiling, I started smiling as well and it really helped brighten my mood and energized me. Keep smiling, girlies! 😘

ОтветитьI enjoyed the workout for the most part but feel the description is misleading. There are definitely lunges and a few squats so not as knee-friendly as I was hoping. I do like the non-stop aspect.

ОтветитьTwo weeks: this exercise (5-6 times a week) + Mizi's shorter one for stomach (every day) and my own for biceps, walking at least 16,000 steps a day + structured calorie deficit diet and 4 kilos down (mostly fat).
