It's hard to admit after enjoying your Simon's Cats all these years I didn't realize until seeing the field where Simon was
going camping that this takes place in Great Britain. I just thought the garden gnomes were weird yard art all these years.

There is nothing like home with our loving furrballs ❤

A few years ago, one of my best friends (much like my sister according to my aunties) and I lived in the same apartment building, across a central garden, and I took care of her cat a lot, feeding etc. She (the cat) could hear my tread on the stairs and got to know that my coming up meant feeding time. I'd go and feed the cat and then read a bit because she (my friend) had much better furniture than mine.

The cat, Marji, would eat and then go off to clean off (weird for a cat but she's a lady) and come back into the living room and give me a look that I could only interpret as "Oh. YOU'RE still here." And then she'd make the best of it and snuggle on me.

But the weirdest thing, as my friend and I lived directly across said garden from each other, is that I'd occasionally come into the living room to watch TV, and Marji would be sitting in the window across the way and would put a paw between the blinds and make a V of them and look at me, as though to say, "That's enough Battlestar Galactica, come give me treats."

I love the color upgrade.

The only thing that wasn't realistic was how the cats were happy to see him. My cats are always mad at me when I first get home from a trip. 😂

I love these videos. Any cat lover would see these as reflections of their own lives.
