ОтветитьLove your videos, the style you shoot and edit the clips match your narration perfectly.
Personal note: I would have bought all the advertising signs. But I do work in advertising so no surprise there 😂
Please keep making these wonderful videos
Gosh...when I lived in Japan in in the late 60's 1000 yen was $3.60...I lived in Fukuoka on kyushu...hakata was near by where the dolls are made ...
ОтветитьDo most Japanese people wear clip on earrings?
ОтветитьThis is the first video of yours I've watched and I can tell I will watch all of the rest of them! I can't wait to go thrifting in Japan. 😍
ОтветитьThe obi and kokeshi are so pretty!!! So jealous of the better quality on the kokeshi, they are resold outside of Japan for really ridiculous prices.
ОтветитьI love your content! I’m a thrifter and reseller from New York City I was in Japan October 2023 there was a Bookoff store close where I was staying I also went to Shimo-Kitazawa bought home lots of great items for resell and I did very well with. I’m going back again October 2024 but won’t be there the 3rd Saturday of the month to go to this market any other good markets to visit? I will be there October 1st-15th thank you for all the great information
ОтветитьI love this. Thank you for explaining everything too as you do it!
ОтветитьJust subscribed to your channel. Love your videos. Could you please educate us how to identify the age of antique ceramic pieces? Thanks!
ОтветитьI was just recommended your channel by a subscriber that we have in common. They were right - I love your channel! My husband and I have two abandoned homes we're renovating, and we have literally rooms and rooms stacked to the ceiling full of quality vintage items like this (1940s-80s). I'm restoring as much as I can to furnish our guesthouse, but also want to start an online/actual resale shop. We live in a rural area, so I didn't realize there were markets like this in the cities! Thank you for sharing. This is so helpful and fun to see :)
ОтветитьDo you ever come across any dual face Oni/Okame Otafuku sake cups?
Ответить🥰😍🤩
ОтветитьPlease let's go shopping together when I visit next fall ;)
ОтветитьLove your videos! Which market is best to find old papers with kanji, old sake papers, etc.
ОтветитьWow what great stuff. I appreciate your closeups and relaxed filming pace. Also love your choice of subjects. I wish I could be there!
