Wayyy to much overheated my friend. You should have waited a bit for it too cool of and then pour.
You were wearing a respirator right? Zinc oxide is toxic as hell.

Zinc is tricky the first times but it does shows great details😁. The stack keeps growing!👍🏻

You`ve cooked that zinc way too hot, thats why theres all the smoke and fluffy stuff, as you`ve said thats zinc oxide and its bad shit! you only need a blow torch to melt zinc and if you keep your temp down everythings a lolt cleaner when you finished. If anything starts to glow even a dull red color its already way too hot.
