For 9 years DRC Government failed to invest heavily in its military, After having a history of being invaded... Shame on the Government. The Congolese government is corrupt, and they play a blame game with Rwanda. They should let Rwandaphone people in DRC live at peace, it's all the colonists mistakes, who took the Rwandans territory and add it to DRC, and now DRC are extremely against Congolese Rwandaphone, and they decide to defend themselves in the M23. The international community seems to not know the cause and this will never end until the world solves that.

When you talk about these wars, please start from the beginning so that people know the whole truth. Mention how Africa was invaded and colonized, how the East African region was divided by western communities. There is a part of Congo that used to be part of Rwanda and has Rwandan ethnic groups that live there and have never lived in Rwanda. The Rwandan refugee camp is full of Congolese refugees who are of Rwandan ethnic groups. The division of these countries in Africa is what has led to all these wars. It’s hard to stop them now because there are so many emotions that have not been understood or addressed. Rwandan people and Congolese have nothing against each other. They love each other. It’s the governments of these countries and their armies that have disagreements. All these things can be addressed by laying down guns. But people don’t want to do that because they think they will be going to jail. Their only way is to take over power so that no none can sue them. The history of Africa is very complicated and these wars are just understood as mare stories
