ОтветитьI was doing this while sitting on quarantine isolation for 2 weeks in my flat. It helped me to kill COVID. Probably it's a terrible med advice for sick people but it helped me to feel good in 3 days
ОтветитьI ‘m glad no-one gave u a hard time on the bike path! We r all trying to be healthy; and if we share, there is room for everyone! I did this with my 1 lb rope, and since it was only 20 sec. intervals it was very doable. I like the last minute hard Push/Finisher - I did switch to my 1/4lb cuz of the DUs. Loved the workout: thank u!

ОтветитьI have no idea how you guys time your workouts. I have a poor mental timer. Even when I count in my head, 1-2-3, it will not be exactly 3 seconds.

ОтветитьSo I was buying some pants from the discount store last weekend and just as I was wandering around I saw they had yoga mats and some jump ropes for cheap. I picked up both and I've been having a great time with the jump rope. These videos are helpful for ideas! I'll get to the 20 minute workout duration at some point!

ОтветитьNot the most coordinated person in the world so I thought these moves are IMPOSSIBLE! But after the second time doing this I am getting better and can do 80% of the moves. I guess the moral of the story is don’t give up!

ОтветитьStarted the jump rope journey 2 weeks ago and at first all I could do was jump up and down but no extra moves. Now I was able to do 75% of them and I actually finished this video not too tired. I feel like if I keep it up I will lose all my weight and go back to my high-school days🙌🙌🙌.
*Edit: I took 4 days break because my calves started hurting every time i did jump rope, maybe because ive been inactive the past few years.
Today I tried this exercise and it went well with only minor pain compared to last few days, i think my body was just telling me to take a break on my calves.*
