Hi Paul. I am starting a role with an Organisation as a customer services manager and they use Zoho. I would like tot get to know the system better to assist in this new position. Plus I am from the North of the UK and I can relate to the accent ;-)

Zoho one was pitched to us as a great option and while I'm exploring the apps during the 30 day trial period before deciding whether we can buy the service or not, I'm also just going through courses like yours from experts who know more. Actually i wanted to transfer some contacts from Zoho CRM to Zoho Creator on a trigger of name selection or anything.
And then if we can see the updates completed in the app of zoho creator to zoho CRM.

Is that possible?

Hi Paul, I sell print on demand products, I'm looking for a simple customer details and purchase history database, where I can enter the product id, the country to which the product was delivered, the unique serial number for each of the products sold, I want to be able to search for customer name to see their purchase history, search by product id to see which products are selling and to who, search via Country id, and search using the unique serial number for each sale to identify the product

We are in the process of opening an online store. I am interested in a complete woocommerce solution that does not cost too much and that can scale with me. There are so many options and opinions out there. Please help.

We have started to use Zoho about 2 years ago. I am now tasked to become the Zoho champion within my company.
we have used it mainly for DB of customers, sales forecast and managing each sales person's sales activities. We have not been disciplined at doing it in the past. We hope to improve on this behaviour, using Zoho as the tool.
